Our Expertise

Laetitia Vuillemenot founded Rare Birds after two decades spent at the crossroads of business and corporate philanthropy. Over those years, she saw organisations full of goodwill and potential, often navigating the complexity of a lasting positive change, with limited time and resources. She witnessed dedicated leaders and teams striving to reconcile short-term realities with long-term purpose.
Her conviction grew project after project: every organization holds a Rare Bird within—a true cause, a human story, a way to act that matches who they are. Most of the time, it takes listening differently, inviting the right voices, and thinking beyond the usual perches for that unique engagement to take flight.
Rare Birds is Laetitia’s answer to bridge strategy and story, data and emotion, boardroom and ground, action and lasting impact. She believes change endures when people feel proud to carry it, and impact lasts when we create a culture that nurtures it. That’s why Rare Birds turns good intentions into tangible projects, measurable outcomes, and narratives that employees and communities want to share.
About our founder:
a rare bird at heart

André Hoffmann, Vice-Chairman of the Board of Directors, Roche Holding Ltd, and Co-Chair of the Board of Trustees, World Economic Forum

Corporate engagement for people and planet creates lasting positive change when it makes sense for their business and deep meaning for the teams who bring it to life. Rare Birds understands this balance truly.
That is why I trust and support their work.
